My stay at Waterfall View exceeded all my expectations in ways I didn't anticipate. Not only did the hotel offer a serene sitting area on the terrace where I could enjoy my tea overlooking the breathtaking waterfall and lush tea plantations, but they also went above and beyond by returning my forgotten hairbrush promptly and providing ironing facilities when I needed them most. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's rest, and the complimentary high-quality toiletries added a touch of luxury to the comfortable accommodation. Waterfall View's attention to detail and exceptional service truly made my stay unforgettable.
